Change/Cancel Order
How can I change my email, home address or password?
Changing your details could not be easier, log into your Club Shopex account. When clicking on My Details or Shipping addresses you will be given the option to update your account details and then press Save.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
Why is my order/item missing?

Why is my order incomplete?
Could you have chosen Partial Shipping at the checkout? If so we’ve sent you the items that were available first and then we will send you the remaining items in a second delivery. If you have not chosen this option please contact the customer care team for advice on 00971561791905 or contact us
What do I do if my item is damaged?
Here at Club Shopex, our team takes special care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please fill in the Returns Form by following the link below and your case will be processed at the earliest possible.

Out of stock items
Had your heart set on a specific item and it’s out of stock? Not to worry, you can contact our Customer Service team who will try their hardest to find an alternative item for you or give you an approximate time of when the item will be back in stock. 00971561791905 or contact usWhy do we display products that are out of stock online?
We’re sorry if the item you want is out of stock. We continue to show out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details or so that you can buy it at a later date when the item is back in stock. You may also select to be contacted when the item comes back in to stock.
Pre sale
What does my status mean?
Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
Shipped means your order has now left the Club Shopex Warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS confirming dispatch.
Delivered means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.
Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
